Photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, a list of medications, and any recent dental x-rays (we can request them for you). Arrive ten minutes early to finish a short health form, or fill it in online after booking.
About 60 minutes: a chat, a full exam, x-rays if you need them, a clean if time allows, and a plan. You will leave knowing exactly what is needed, what is optional and what it costs.
Very much so. Tell us when booking and we will book a longer, quieter slot. You choose a hand signal to pause at any time. We offer headphones, blankets, and nitrous oxide for those who want it.
Always. Every plan is written with a price range and an insurance estimate. Nothing starts until you say yes.
Yes. Our Brightside Plan is $32 a month for adults ($19 for under-18s) and includes two check-ups, two cleans, x-rays and 15% off other treatment.
Please do. Children from age one are welcome and under-3s are seen free alongside a parent's check-up. We have a small play corner and a step-stool in every room.
No fee if you tell us at least 24 hours ahead. Call, text or reply to your reminder. Late cancellations are $30, waived the first time.
Yes. We share a free lot behind the building, entrance on Alder Lane, and there is a step-free ramp at the front door.
